Job summary

Fives HPM is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Aftermarket team. The role involves installing, demonstrating, repairing, and modifying Fives machines at customer facilities, across mechanical, electrical, and CNC systems.

You will work independently and travel as required, providing technical instruction and documenting service activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on troubleshooting skills and the ability to read drawings and service documentation, ensuring machine accuracy and

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent in a technical field.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, qualify, repair, and modify Fives machines and equipment at customer facilities (mechanical, electrical, CNC).
• Interpret drawings and service documentation to guide field service activities.
• Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance with safety emphasis.
• Maintain accurate service reports and communicate safety concerns.
