Fives Landis Corp is actively seeking a Field Service Technician to join its Service team in the United States. The role involves setting up, testing, and supporting equipment at client sites with significant travel.

You will engage with customers to demonstrate performance and ensure satisfaction with system standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of field service experience, and knowledge of CNC machines with servo drives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years field service experience required.
• Knowledge of precision cylindrical grinding a plus.
• Centerless and double disc grinding knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of CNC machines with servo drives & motors.
• Programmable Logic Controllers such as Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens, etc.
• Willing to travel up to 75% to engage with customers.

Responsabilités

• Set up, integrate, and test equipment at client locations to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Demonstrate equipment performance and confirm operation to customers.
