Job summary

Fives Group seeks a Field Service Technician to service and demonstrate machine tools at customer locations across the Eastern United States. The role requires hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanically, electrically, and CNC equipment produced by Fives, with substantial travel.

Applicant will generate service reports, support customers, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with Tech Support.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Valid Driver's License required; passport ability may be needed for international travel.
• Read and understand international print symbols.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, repair, or alter Fives machines at customer sites.
• Operate equipment to demonstrate and qualify performance per specs.
• Write complete service reports and inform for deviations.
• Instruct customer personnel on operation and safety; maintain safety standards.
