Job summary

Fives HPM is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, repair, and qualify CNC machines at customer facilities across the Northeast. You will work in mechanical, electrical, and CNC systems, following detailed instructions and safety practices.

The role requires frequent regional travel, independent work in the field, and timely communication with customers and internal teams. Benefits include competitive compensation and extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machine tools, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and install in customer sites.
• Strong mechanical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, qualify, and modify Fives machines at customer sites.
• Interpret drawings and service documentation; follow technical instructions.
• Train customers on operation, safety, and maintenance.
• Provide complete service reports and communicate safety concerns.
