Job summary

Fives HPM is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, repair, and service CNC-based machines across the Northeast US. The role involves travel to customer facilities, working with electrical, mechanical, and CNC systems, and providing on-site training and support.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in varied environments are essential. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent, with familiarity in Siemens, FANUC, Mazak, or

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and CNC capabilities.
• Familiarity with CNC controls and electrical I/O is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and modify Fives machines at customer sites.
• Interpret drawings and service documentation.
• Provide on-site training and safety guidance to customers.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
