Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site support for POS, pharmacy and inventory systems across Seattle/Tacoma and Portland areas. You will install, diagnose, and repair hardware, perform updates, and coordinate with the technology team to minimize downtime.

This role requires lifting 75 lbs, travel between CVS locations, and availability for day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, and a company car and phone are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on troubleshooting hardware, maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to drive between CVS locations in Seattle/Tacoma WA and Portland OR.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs + and occasionally work on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Delivers technical support to field employees for POS, pharmacy, photo kiosks, and inventory systems.
• Performs regular maintenance tasks: software updates, hardware upgrades, equipment replacements.
• Integrates new technology equipment into stores and ensures proper connectivity.
• Conducts complex troubleshooting and implements solutions.
• Maintains records of service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks.
