Job summary

United Site Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks across the area. You will follow USS and DOT safety standards and ensure timely, high-quality service on every site.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Perform portable toilets servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Perform customer service interaction on customer sites to ensure services meet their standards.
• Adhere to USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Be flexible to adjust routes to meet customer needs and provide routing feedback to Operations.
• Discuss customer toilet needs to plan for current and future requirements.
