Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer sites. This role is the heart of our business and requires safe driving and reliable service.

The position involves driving per USS and DOT standards, maintaining safety, and adapting routes to meet customer needs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive service truck per USS and DOT requirements.
• Work safely to prevent accidents or injuries per USS/DOT standards.
• Lift between 50 and 150 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Service portable toilets to USS 8 point service standard.
• Provide customer service at client sites to ensure services meet standards.
• Adjust routes to meet customer needs when routes are changed.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager to improve efficiency.
• Discuss customer needs to plan for current and future portable toilet requirements.
