Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate our service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at various customer sites.

You will drive under USS and DOT requirements, perform safe servicing, and communicate with customers to ensure high standards of service. The role requires two years of commercial driving experience, a valid driver license (CDL or non-commercial), and strong time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks.
• Perform service duties safely in accordance with USS and DOT standards.
• Interact with customers on job sites to ensure services meet their standards.
• Maintain ability to adjust routes and provide routing feedback for efficiency.
• Plan for customer needs by discussing portable toilet requirements for current and future needs.
