Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, service portable restrooms and holding tanks, and ensure safe, reliable service across multiple sites.

The role requires a valid driver's license (CDL or non-commercial) and at least two years of commercial driving experience, with excellent time management, customer service and problem-solving skills. You will follow USS and DOT safety standards and adapt routes to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Service portable toilets and holding tanks safely and on schedule.
• Interact with customers on site to ensure services meet standards.
• Adjust routes as needed to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to improve efficiency.
• Plan for current and future customer toilet needs.
