Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at customer sites. You will drive, perform maintenance, and ensure jobs are completed per USS standards.

The role requires CDL or non-commercial license, at least two years of driving experience, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Successful candidates will work safely within DOT rules and adapt to changing routes to best serve

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck and drive to service locations according to USS procedures.
• Perform portable toilet servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Work safely in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure services meet their expectations.
• Respond to route changes and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager to improve efficiency.
