Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, service portable restrooms and holding tanks, and interact with customers on-site to ensure service quality. The role emphasizes safety, route flexibility, and efficient problem-solving to meet client needs.

The position requires driving a commercial vehicle, adhering to USS and DOT safety standards, and lifting up to 150 lbs as needed. This is a hands-on field role with customer-facing duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive service truck and perform portable restrooms servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks in a safe manner.
• Interact with customers on site to ensure services meet their standards.
• Assist with routing and scheduling to meet customer needs and efficiency.
