Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks across client sites. You will drive in compliance with USS and DOT standards while delivering high-quality customer service.

This role requires valid CDL, TWIC, and strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adjust routes and focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL and TWIC.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company service truck to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks.
• Operate in accordance with USS and DOT requirements and safety standards.
• Service portable toilets to USS 8 point service standard.
• Interact with customers on site to ensure services meet their standards.
• Maintain flexibility to adjust routes based on customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Anticipate current and future customer needs and plan accordingly.
