Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks across various locations.

You will ensure safety and adherence to USS and DOT standards while delivering top-notch customer service on every site visit. The role requires the ability to manage time, communicate clearly, and solve problems as routes are adjusted to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial driving experience is required.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive a company service truck to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform duties safely in accordance with USS and DOT standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct bathroom servicing to USS 8 point service standard and assist on-site with customer service.
• Be flexible to adjust routes and provide routing feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Discuss customer needs to anticipate current and future restroom service requirements.
