Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and travel to locations to service, pump, clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This role is central to our business.

You will perform driving duties under USS and DOT safety standards, service to the 8-point standard, and provide excellent customer service on-site. The position requires physical work and flexible routing to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform basic service truck driving in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Adhere to safety standards and lift/push up to 150 lbs frequently.
• Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Provide on-site customer service to ensure services meet standards.
• Be flexible to adjust routes and provide routing feedback for efficiency.
