Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Pro (Termite Pro) in Chattanooga, TN. Starting pay is USD 20–22 per hour. You will perform essential home service installations, follow a scheduled route, and help keep homes safer and more comfortable with safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• No previous pest control experience is required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and follow a scheduled route.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediation, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pesticide license eligibility within 90 days
