Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Termite Pro (TC Pro) to perform essential home service installations, following a daily route and maintaining safety with customers. Starting pay is USD 20–22 per hour with paid training, potential pay increases, and opportunities for promotions.

You’ll work across varied environments, from rooftops to crawl spaces, while building relationships and representing Orkin with pride. Benefits include a company vehicle, insurance, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• No pest control experience required—we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• Ability to work independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in various environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
