Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to join the team. Starting pay ranges from USD 20–22 per hour, with paid training, potential for raises and promotions. You will perform essential home service installations across diverse environments, following a scheduled route and ensuring safety and quality in every task.

No pest control experience is required as training is provided. A high school diploma is needed, and you may pursue a pesticide license within 90 days with company support.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently in field and manage route-based tasks.
• Ability to interact with customers and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install pest control services (attic remediation, crawl space encapsulations, etc.).
• Complete service documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent the company with pride.
• Work in various environments (rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders).
• Operate a company vehicle safely and lift up to 50 lbs.
