Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to join our team in a customer-facing field role. You will follow a daily route, perform essential pest control installations, and ensure safety and quality on every service visit.

Starting pay is USD $20–$24 per hour with paid training and opportunities for pay increases and promotions. You will work across varied environments, from rooftops to crawl spaces, using specialized tools and equipment while building trusted relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
