Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to perform essential home service installations across a scheduled route. Starting pay ranges from USD 20–22 per hour with paid training, potential raises, and career advancement opportunities.

You will handle attic and crawl-space projects, install protective systems, and build trusted relationships with customers while maintaining a strong safety mindset in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• No previous pest control experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Compliance with state/local laws and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job and in all weather conditions.
