Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to join its field service team. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour, with a company vehicle, paid training, and potential for raises and promotions.

You will follow a daily route, perform installations that protect homes, and build trusted customer relationships. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid), and comfort working on rooftops, crawl spaces, and in all weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• Compliance with state/local laws in hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in equipment, environments and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
