Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Pro (Termite Pro) in the United States. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour. As a TC Pro (Home Service Technician), you will perform essential home service installations across diverse environments to improve home safety and efficiency, following a scheduled route and building trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• No Pest Control Experience Required – we'll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers
• Employment eligibility in line with state/local laws

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
