Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to join our team in this field-based role. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, with hands-on installation work across homes and environments, from attics to crawl spaces.

You will follow a set route, complete service documentation, and build trusted customer relationships while upholding safety on every job. Opportunity for growth and advancement exists as you gain experience and earn licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• No Previous Pest Control Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job
• Perform duties in all weather conditions
