Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to join our field service team. Starting pay $20–$24 per hour, you’ll follow a daily route, perform essential installations to improve home comfort and safety, and receive paid training with opportunities for pay increases and promotions.

You’ll operate a company vehicle and represent Orkin with pride while building a stable and rewarding career. High school diploma required; pesticide license within 90 days (company paid); able to lift up to 50 lbs; work in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently on route-based assignments.
• Compliance with state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
