Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service the Albuquerque, NM area. You will perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on coin/currency equipment, ATMs, software, and related office products at client sites, traveling to customer locations as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in technical/field service, strong electromechanical aptitude, and excellent communication. The role offers a company vehicle, training, benefits, and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working in Technical/Field Service or similar technical role.
• Must be able to access highly secured environments; licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel by vehicle to client sites (90% daily, 10% overnight).
• Work with branch staff to meet client needs.
• Address customer service requests within contract response times.
• Extended hours coverage and on-call duties when applicable.
• Maintain and safeguard vehicle stock parts inventory.
• Keep company vehicle clean and serviced; safeguard assets like tablets and phones.
• Assist with other duties as required.
