Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) seeks a Field Service Technician I to service North New Jersey and Manhattan areas, performing maintenance on coin/currency equipment, ATMs, and related software. You will coordinate with branch sales and other service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires electromechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel regularly, with some overnight stays. A company vehicle, tools, and training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/field service
• Impeccable integrity
• Access to secured environments; licenses may be required
• Strong electromechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Travel by vehicle daily to client sites (90%), overnight travel as needed (10%)
• Work with branch employees to satisfy client needs
• Address customer service requests within contract response time
• Extended hours coverage and on-call duties when applicable
• Safeguard and maintain vehicle stock of parts and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle and safeguard assets such as tablets and mobile phones
• All other duties as required
