Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician based in Fletcher, NC to install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer sites. You will start up, test, and train customers on product capabilities, while building strong relationships and ensuring service excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus
• Knowledge of Windows platforms
• Knowledge of hand tools
• Knowledge of mechanical platforms
• Ability to work independently
• Basic Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area preferred

Responsabilités

• Scheduling tasks at a customer’s job sites
• Troubleshooting issues using technical drawings and documentation
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise
• Analyze customer KPI’s to identify machine performance issues
• Continuous learning about the customer’s processes and specifications
• Installation of Packsize solutions and training others to use and maintain it
• Prepare and submit detailed technical reports and travel arrangements
