Job summary

SBH Foods is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician to support Popeyes restaurants across the Greater Orlando area. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and facilities, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests to minimize downtime.

The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration, and the ability to travel between locations. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel between Popeyes locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and facility issues across assigned Popeyes locations.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and emergencies.
• Respond to service requests with prioritization based on impact to operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
• Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and status of repairs.
