Qualifications
- Experience in facilities maintenance or repair across restaurant equipment and building systems.
- Experience with HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and building facilities across Popeyes locations.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Respond to service requests with urgency and communicate timelines to restaurant teams.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized or licensed support as needed.
- Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and repairs.
