Job summary

SBH Foods is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician to support Popeyes restaurants in the Greater Orlando area, diagnosing equipment issues and performing preventive maintenance. You will coordinate with restaurant leadership, travel between locations, and ensure work is documented and completed safely.

Qualifications

Experience in facilities maintenance, equipment repair, HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, or related skilled trade.
Restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment repair experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Able to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and facility issues across Popeyes locations.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Respond to service requests and prioritize repairs by urgency and impact.
Coordinate with licensed vendors when specialized support is needed.
