Job summary

SBH Foods is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician to keep Popeyes restaurants, equipment, and facilities operating safely and efficiently. The role covers diagnosing issues, preventive maintenance, and responsive repairs across the Greater Orlando area.

You will troubleshoot a range of systems, coordinate with vendors when needed, and maintain accurate repair records while traveling between locations. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or equipment repair.
• Restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment repair preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Greater Orlando area.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and facility issues across Popeyes locations.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and emergencies.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize repairs by urgency and impact.
• Coordinate with licensed vendors when specialized support is required.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and work performed.
• Communicate repair status and next steps with restaurant leadership.
