Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and facility issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and emergencies.
• Respond to service requests with prioritization based on impact.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, and general building systems.
• Coordinate with vendors when specialized support is needed.
• Document repairs and maintain tool and vehicle organization.
• Communicate status, timelines, and next steps to restaurant leadership.
