SBH Foods is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician to support Popeyes restaurants across the Greater Orlando market. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facilities, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Formación

• Experience in facilities maintenance or equipment repair.
• Restaurant or commercial kitchen repair experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose problems and work independently.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration, and building systems.
• Reading equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Comfort using mobile technology to receive work orders and document repairs.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Professional and service-oriented when working with restaurant teams and vendors.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and facility issues across Popeyes locations.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and emergencies.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize repairs by urgency and impact to operations.
• Diagnose issues involving kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical components, HVAC/refrigeration, lighting, and general facility needs.
• Complete repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility work.
• Coordinate with licensed vendors when specialized support is needed.
• Communicate with restaurant leaders about repair status and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and outstanding needs.
• Keep tools, equipment, parts, and vehicle organized and safe.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions with leadership.
• Travel between Popeyes locations in the Greater Orlando market and sometimes to other SBH Foods markets.
• Follow safety procedures and applicable codes.
