Job summary

SBH Foods is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician to keep Popeyes restaurants, equipment, and facilities operating safely and efficiently across the Greater Orlando area.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of systems, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors when needed. A valid driver's license and travel willingness are required to support multiple restaurants.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or equipment repair in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair diverse systems.
• Comfortable reading manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair restaurant equipment and facility issues across Popeyes locations.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize repairs by urgency and impact.
• Coordinate with vendors when specialized support is needed and document work completed.
