Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Level 1: perform routine service tasks, troubleshoot, and support warranty processing.
• Level 2: provide warranty support and communicate activities via reports/email/phone.
• Level 3: develop tailored solutions and mentor other technicians.
