Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site service, repair, and maintenance of mining and construction equipment across Atlanta and surrounding areas. You will work with a strong emphasis on safety, customer communication, and timely problem resolution, while progressing through Level 1–3 responsibilities.

Responsibilities extend from routine servicing to warranty evaluations and OEM-spec rebuilds, with required TL1/TL2 training and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics.
• Willingness to complete TL1/TL2 training within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Level 1: review and update tool inventory; complete daily work; troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems; process warranty claims; follow safety procedures and PPE use; maintain professional customer communication.
• Level 2: provide warranty support; communicate service activities to customer and Service Manager; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Level 3: develop tailored solutions; rebuild components to OEM specs; support training of other technicians; cover diverse equipment across business areas.
