Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC is hiring a Field Service Technician to provide on-site and in-shop support for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install parts, while maintaining tool inventories and complying with safety protocols.

The role requires travel, a valid driving license, and TL1/TL2 training within timelines. You will support warranty claims and work under safety-sensitive conditions at customer sites and our shop facilities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics.
• Own hand tools and ability to expand tool inventory per Epiroc list.
• Complete TL1 and TL2 training within specified timelines.
• Maintain required safety trainings and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and operate a commercial vehicle when required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and install parts on equipment in field or shop settings.
• Review and update tool inventory and maintain calibration compliance.
• Provide warranty support and prepare service reports.
• Communicate with customers and service manager via reports, email, and calls.
• Serve as SME for other technicians and assist with training.
