Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service, troubleshooting, and repair of mining and industrial equipment. The role requires varied shifts, travel, and adherence to safety and warranty processes.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic diagnostic skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate personal tool inventory and comply with safety rules.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow PPE requirements.
• Maintain courteous communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Level 1: perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment in the field.
• Level 1: update tool inventory and complete daily work orders.
• Level 2: provide warranty support and communicate service updates to customers.
• Level 3: rebuild components to OEM specs and mentor other technicians.
