Qualifications

• Own hand tools and comply with tool inventory requirements.
• Complete TL1 and TL2 training within first year and maintain safety certificates.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough service support, troubleshoot, repair, and install parts on site.
• Review and follow warranty policies; submit service reports as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures; use PPE and maintain professional customer interactions.
• Support with training of level-1/2 technicians and share expertise.
