Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Tucson, AZ to provide on-site service, troubleshooting and installation support for our mining and construction equipment. You will diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and demonstrate product capabilities to customers while focusing on uptime and safety.

The role requires basic computer skills, own hand tools, TL1/TL2 training, and travel as needed. A valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment.
• Own hand tools and ability to expand tool inventory using Epiroc list.
• Complete TL1 and TL2 training and Safe Start within first year.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; willingness to obtain CDL if required.
• Travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review and update personal tool inventory quarterly to stay compliant and accurate.
• Complete daily work assignments from customer or supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Understand warranty policy and process warranty claims in the field.
• Adhere to safety/environmental requirements and use PPE.
• Support training and serve as a subject matter expert for peers.
