Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Ludlow, MA. You will perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems on Epiroc equipment. Travel to customer sites is required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Responsibilities include reviewing tool inventories, performing calibrations, and ensuring safety procedures are followed to minimize downtime and maximize customer productivity.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with Epiroc equipment.
• Ability to read hydraulic and 24-volt schematics.
• Own hand tools and ability to expand inventory as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support and repair for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install parts onsite to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements; use PPE as required.
• Maintain accurate tool inventory and complete daily work requests.
• Server as a knowledgeable resource to train and assist other technicians.
