Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site service, maintenance, and training for SCR systems within the Los Angeles area. You will perform commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support in the field, reporting daily activities to customers and internal staff.

Travel will dominate the role (60–75% overnight), and you will coordinate site activities, attend meetings, and ensure safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with analog transmitters, temperature/pressure devices, PID controls.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning total system scope for new installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support to customers for troubleshooting and parts identification.
• Site coordination and project meetings.
• Post-commissioning customer training on operations and maintenance.
• Submit daily field reports to customers and internal staff.
• Follow up after service work.
• Keep up-to-date on company products and services.
• Plan work schedule efficiently.
• Maintain test equipment and tools calibration.
