MIRATECH Corporation in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, technical support, and on-site training. Responsibilities include commissioning SCR equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing telephone support.

The role involves 60-75% overnight travel, coordination with customers, documentation, and staying current with MIRATECH products.

Qualifications

• Field service experience or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to travel 60-75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Commission system scope on new MIRATECH installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate site activities and meetings.
• Deliver post-commissioning training on operations and maintenance.
• Submit daily field reports to customers and internal staff.
• Follow up with customers after service work.
• Stay updated on MIRATECH products and services.
• Plan work schedule efficiently and responsibly.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment and tools.
