Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, technical support, and on-site training. Responsibilities include commissioning new SCR equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and post-commissioning training.

The role requires 60-75% overnight travel, strong instrumentation knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a structured environment. A valid driver's license and passport are required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation & controls including analog transmitters, temperature/pressure measuring devices, PID controls.
• Proficiency with AC and DC circuits including relay logic.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in engines, controls, and emissions.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning the total system scope supplied by MIRATECH on new installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support to customers including troubleshooting and replacement parts identification.
• Site coordination and project meetings.
• Post-commissioning customer training on operations and maintenance.
• Daily reports to customers and internal staff while in the field.
• Follow up customer calls after service work completion.
• Keep up-to-date on company products and services.
• Plan own work schedule efficiently.
• Maintain test equipment and special tools calibration.
