Mettler-Toledo is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Product Inspection division in the Detroit area. You will perform start-ups, audits, maintenance, repairs, and training on X-Ray, Metal Detectors, Checkweighers, and Vision systems."

Responsibilities include scheduling efficiently, reporting, and maintaining site safety and MT PI procedures. Strong English and customer service skills are essential, with some Spanish useful.

Competenze

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree in Electronics or Engineering Technology preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environment and customer service.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide field service support for MT PI products including start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair, and training.
• Attend tier calls and manage scheduled service visits.
• Prepare and submit service reports and timesheets promptly.
• Maintain equipment and tools; ensure safety and code of conduct compliance.
• Develop strong customer relationships and act as trusted advisor.
