Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG equipment.
• Install, repair, and PM IPG/Better Packages systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults, document service actions, and train customer staff as needed.
• Maintain service records, complete work orders, and report issues.
• Assist with field testing and product feedback.
