Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience.
• Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time, domestic and international.
• Must possess a valid passport and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, start-up, training, retrofit, diagnostic and repair of customer equipment.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using test equipment.
• Provide customers with on-site installation, start-up and training assistance.
• Issue and prepare return authorizations for return of goods.
• Host customers during acceptance of equipment.
• Maintain customer equipment files.
• Support coating center machine maintenance needs.
• Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies.
