Arrow International, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose software and hardware, perform on-site installations, and provide remote support. You will log cases in Salesforce, train customers, and coordinate with distributors.

The role requires travel up to 75% and the ability to work from home when connected to high-speed internet. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in electronics or PC tech, with knowledge of SQL, AD, networking,

Formación

• Associate degree or applicable experience in computer tech fields.
• 3+ years training or commensurate experience in electronic and PC technologies.
• Experience with SQL, Windows Active Directory, Networking, Windows and Windows Server.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose software and hardware problems to meet performance standards.
• Log service calls in Salesforce and record pertinent information.
• Provide remote phone support when not traveling.
• Escalate Tier 2/3 issues to support specialists and management.
• Coordinate parts orders, RMAs, and technical assistance with distributors.
• Perform on-site installations and support, with up to 75% overnight travel.
• Assist customers with configuration and programming of Arrow equipment.
• Train distributors and customers on Arrow equipment usage.
• Exceed customer satisfaction objectives and follow up promptly.
• Work from home when appropriate with access to high-speed internet.
• Other duties as assigned.
