Job summary

All Copy Products is seeking a Field Service Technician to support clients by diagnosing and repairing office technology equipment at customer sites. You will travel to client locations, perform repairs on copiers and printers, and schedule follow-up visits as needed.

Great customer service, clean driving history, and ability to pass a background check are required. Training in automotive, computer repair, aviation, or similar fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Training through employment or a technical college in automotive repair, computer repair, or aviation or a similar field is preferred; personal experience is also considerable.
• Clean driving history with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Parking sufficient to take a company vehicle home every day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for office technology equipment; travel to client locations.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on copiers and printers.
• Inspect machines and perform routine and preventative maintenance; replace worn parts.
• Communicate repair status to clients and schedule follow-up visits as needed.
