• Proficient with computers and print drivers; familiar with Windows/Mac.
• Excellent time management and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site maintenance and repair of copier/printer equipment.
• Travel to client sites within the Dade County territory.
• Diagnose issues, perform break/fix, install, and support customers.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and manage call handling.
